The smokeless grills embedded in all of HOLU’s dining room tables are manufactured in Nagoya, Japan. These custom creations feature significantly unique characteristics that result in a healthier, cleaner and more flavorful way to prepare the most premium cuts of meat.

Ceramic Charcoal and Heat. Our Japanese imported grills apply heat radiation from ceramic charcoal to the meat instead of burning meat over naked flame and regular charcoal. This differentiator allows our culinary team to completely control the temperature and humidity of the meat in the most technical way. The result of this method is meat grilled to perfection – brown and crispy on the outside, and juicy and tender on the inside.

Ventilation and Air Circulation System. This system is able to thoroughly draw in smoke through the holes on the grill’s top ring and is funneled downwards before it is discharged. As a result, our guests never experience barbecue smoke in the air, nor will their hair, clothing or belongings absorb any odor.
